We are a private Muay Thai Club located in South Surrey/White Rock under the direction of Sensei Wayne Li.
Coastal Thai Boxing represents an honest desire to teach proper techniques and training methods in a safe and supportive environment.
We are about honouring a traditional martial art in a pure and exciting form. Our character is one of respect, humility, and family.
Also known as the "Science of 8 Limbs", Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand. Muay Thai is renowned for its powerful striking technique, deep respect for its traditions, and effective conditioning methods.
Students study technique through shadowboxing, bagwork, padwork, and partner work. Students will learn proper footwork, applications, technique, and drills. Through our training methods students will develop speed, stamina, and strength.
Students must have boxing gloves, shin pads, and hand wraps to participate in class. All skill levels are welcome. No experience is necessary.
